Which is better, Redux or I Work Alone for CoP? I'm leaning towards Redux.

I haven't tried IWA, but I can tell you Redux is fucking awesome.

I'm leaning towards Redux.[/QUOTE] Redux is definitely good but bear in mind that it removes the weapon+armour upgrading altogether. The weapons are pretty ok as they are, but the lack of upgrading kind of removes some incentive from artifact hunting. Although I'd recommend Redux for the absolutely brutal earlygame where the "survival" feel is at it's best. It's also recommended to unbind the quicksave key for maximum atmosphere.

I'm gonna try a playthrough with I Work Alone now for the first time I think.

Thorny why did you remove the weapon and suit upgrading?

They were horrifically unbalanced when combined with the realistic weaponry and protection from suits.

Just rename them to laser upgrades! :v:

What's wrong with IWA? I downloaded it but haven't installed it. Also, how do I remove mods? I'd like to keep the part of remix that has all the new suits, artifact changes, and weapon names but I'd like to get rid of the part that makes burers and controllers impossible to kill without gauss rifles

On third thought I'm just going to make my own compilation of AtmosFear, ATPs, Alundaio's new AI Tweaks and Trojanuch's M.S.O.

Downloaded Total Factional Warfare for Clear Sky. So far it looks decent and there are actually enemies on the maps. From the looks of it, the military dominates a large part of the areas and looking at the map it seems that Limansk is open for some good ol' Faction Warfare. However, it's quite unstable and doesn't feel all that polished imo.

Decided to give OL2010 a go. So I just grabbed the documents from the Agroprom Research Institute and stopped by the former loner base (from CS) I looted the bodies from the loners and military who had fought in there in a prior firefight. Then I see some bandits who then open fire, reposition and try to to flank me...
