My god, I just finished pripyat and I shat so many fucking bricks when I saw [sp]Strelok[/sp] Also, I feel like such a failure. [sp]Cardan nearly killed himself searching for Joker, the one I swore I would find :smith:[/sp] And I never did find the Oasis, I suspect it's in the Yanov station area.
[sp]Follow the traintracks near the main area in Yanov, and look for a building near a hill.[/sp]
For AMK: SE, should I keep the stash content in random rare or just random?
What exactly does the Endurance stat help with, does it increase your stamina?
The more endurance you have, the more you can sprint/run.
Wheee, SomeFaggot's gonna work on scripts for WotW!
Oh boy gas mask system confirmed you heard it here folks
DON'T JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS, BAD ZEZIBESH. [editline]6th June 2011[/editline] also goodnight brothers, exam tomorrow, need to be a rested fashion designer if I want to get into Uni!
For AMK: SE, should I keep the stash content in random rare or just random?
Random rare gets you stashes full of amazing artifacts and exoskeletons. Random rare.
I know you know I reside in your mind [editline]7th June 2011[/editline] You know I know you know that I know in which case you know I know that you know I know you know
[sp]Follow the traintracks near the main area in Yanov, and look for a building near a hill.[/sp]
yeah sure go ahead and not mention the 20 zombies 15 rats and psy dog [editline]6th June 2011[/editline] or the 2 snorks that generally wander the tracks there
For AMK: SE, should I keep the stash content in random rare or just random?
Random, its actually fulfilling to get some good shit then and it doesn't make you godlike.
Oh god, I finished Call of Pripyat. It's done, it just sink in. There will be no new missions, no new labs to explore. FFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK. Mods just aren't the same. Also, the [sp]Evacuation Choppers didn't have an updated anomaly map, how did they get to Pripyat unharmed? [/sp] :v:
they sent them one
I'm using the Reloaded mod for Call of Pripyat, but the icons for the inventory items are bugged to fuck - Most are not present and others have pictures of multiple items or half of items and shit. Resolution at 1400x900, not sure if that's the cause though.
It's probably a corrupt file. try redownloading. iirc, CoP fixed the issue with icons being stretched with separate files.
Bugger it, I'm playing PRIPYATAN instead. There are fucking burers and those massive bastard mutants everywhere. Managed to take on all the zombies at the factory at the start though, so I came out with, among some loot I sold off, an MP5, a P220, a Saiga 12, an M1911 and an AK74. Pity the game crashes every now and then and also freezes for 2 seconds periodically, but that's probably due to my aging hardware. [editline]7th June 2011[/editline] Unfortunately, the game crashes after I've loaded my save and played for about 5 seconds :< [editline]7th June 2011[/editline]
xrEngine.exe caused BREAKPOINT in module "c:\program files\steam\steamapps\common\stalker call of pripyat\bin\xrCore.dll" at 001B:0058E12E, xrDebug::backend()+174 byte(s)

EAX=44D6E688 EBX=00000000 ECX=44D6E690 EDX=44D6E7BD ESI=005B88C8 EDI=7FF601F8 FLG=00200216 EBP=0011B710 ESP=0011A708 EIP=0058E12E CS=001B DS=0023 SS=0023 ES=0023 FS=003B GS=0000
There's the bugreport if anyone can make sense of it
don't paste that, just paste directly into the chat after you crashed, don't copy anything. Most crashes have a good explanation, but with pripyatan, that's probably not the case.
Anyone want to know what I'm working on?
no not particularly
no not particularly
That's okay I'll tell you guy's anyways! Oh and thanks Zezi, what did I do to you? Or are you just doing the generic internet sarcasm thing? Also I'm working on designing a blueprint for a Gauss gun, complete with supposedly working components (Assuming that artifacts existed). Also since I'm not exactly a physicist so I do make some assumptions here and there but it basically should work.
Do you guys recognize me? From the way you've acted towards me (ecspecially Raisk) I'm not so sure.
I remember somewhat, yes. And GWTN, it's just grumpy morning sarcasm.
I remember somewhat, yes. And GWTN, it's just grumpy morning sarcasm.
Ah well that's cool. I wan't angry either, It just felt like the world hated me for a second there... Also I decided I'll just explain some of the components that I think the gauss gun should probably contain because I can't be boned photoshoping a cross section together. [editline]7th June 2011[/editline] Also anyone know how much a moonlight, battery and gravi artifact sell for to barkeep? I want to try work out how much in rubles the gauss gun would take to construct hypothetically. Also an SVU?
Zezibesh is a bitch to everyone, don't take it personally! [sp]Love you Zezi[/sp]
Also anyone know how much a moonlight, battery and gravi artifact sell for to barkeep?
From my experience they are usually about 6RU, diet sausage, Makarov PM IE they are all worthless in the Zone and outside they might be worth millions, it's hard to determine
From my experience they are usually about 6RU, diet sausage, Makarov PM IE they are all worthless in the Zone and outside they might be worth millions, it's hard to determine
I checked the game files, nevermind. Also do you think you might know the cost of a pkm? Although I doubt anyone would want to sell one. So far the gauss gun costs roughly 24068.93 Ru without the firing mechanism and scope. [editline]7th June 2011[/editline] I'd also like to thank you all with your awesome computers to inspire me to upgrade my aged piece of junk, so I'm getting a weekend job (hopefully) and I'm gonna start saving for a new motherboard and a huge ram upgrade, as well as rising up to windows 7 64 bit or whatever. How much ram do your computers have btw guys?
24k ru is really cheap for a hyper-advanced experimental weapon [editline]7th June 2011[/editline] 4gb for me, ddr2 tho since my mobo doesn't support any better Upgrading to w7 myself for BF3 but that's still ages away
24k ru is really cheap for a hyper-advanced experimental weapon [editline]7th June 2011[/editline] 4gb for me, ddr2 tho since my mobo doesn't support any better Upgrading to w7 myself for BF3 but that's still ages away
I know but I was working out the prices of the components used + artifact prices and that's what came up. It's mainly wires, lead and what looks like a recomissioned pkm case.
Oh god, I finished Call of Pripyat. It's done, it just sink in. There will be no new missions
I had the same feeling but SGM mod features a boatload of new missions, most of them actually feel more true to the Stalker games than the ones in Call of Pripyat.
Anyone know the terminal velocity in stalker? Also how much damage does one take for say - a pseudodog attack and also how much damage does someone take after falling a metre. If you need to fall x distance before taking damage, once that point is reached how much health do you lose for falling 1 meter?
I can tell you the top velocity for ragdolls is around 5m/s, but that's obviously not near the velocity for bullets.
