Does the bleeding effect also affect burers? I'm at the mission where you need to kill the 2 burers in the abandoned subway and I only brought an mps and a spas-12 with not enough ammo. I want to leave to get more weapons and come back to find them either dead or easier to kill

Or try reducing the max frames render ahead

If it's the latter, set cam_inert to 0. The side effect of that is the recoil from guns will be more intense, though. If it's the former, see the above posts.
