Even after blowouts in Redux I too am noticing a distinct lack of Artefacts.
It's only in places I've previously raided, it seems they are not being replenished.

STALKER News (almost never)
Mod News (Sometimes)
Fan Fiction (No idea, we'd need to search and find it/get tip offs)
Chernobyl Zone news (Rare)

Still doesn't seem like much.

Maybe a S.T.A.L.K.E.R game stream every once in a while, with a short news section at the start (if there indeed [I]are[/I] any news.

It should work fine online as well
