Upkeep costs probably. I've been using NATO weapons from the start as well as buying grenades for the M203. Ammo is way too scarce to scavenge so I have to buy all my ammo. There's also food and healing items. I've completed every mission prior, sold a shit ton of weapons and items over the course. But now I'm completely strapped for cash. Do keep in mind that I'm on Redux here which is much less forgiving.

Reminds me how I accidentally wasted most of my money on an SSP suit in SoC before the Pripyat part of the main quest. And I had to gather 200k for an Exosuit. :argh:

I like the refined trading in Redux, even with a low amount of cash you can afford enoguh so you can replenish it, and by repairing and selling loot you'll gather enoguh to crawl a little higher up on the food chain in The Zone.
I'm suprised I actually survived the Dredger mission with all my equipment having only three lines on it.

It always does for me, at least in Redux. Usually it's a 50 ruble profit if the thing is in a shitty condition, but profit is profit, and in a mod so hard, you need that money.

We need to find somebody who is capable of properly setting up an online PnP RPG game and somebody who can be the GM/DM.

Plus the fact that the Stalker thread is dead and this is going to require massive organization before it starts.
