Q or W someone and E gets a .5 second CD. You can't go lower than that and the CD on Q and W means you can practically rotate between them. Shit, as long as you can land one Q you should be fast enough to lead them into another one.

As far as I know poison doesn't stack anyways so you don't even want your CDR to be low unless you're constantly missing your Q.

Q only lasts 3 seconds though and W is 2 after you leave the pool, which is why you would keep refreshing it.
