I think the skill order was QEQWERQQQEREEWWRWW
2 in E gives it a nice silence/mana regen, Q for main dmg, W for healing back up over time.
Flat AP quints + dorans ring to start
Main harass is silence with E, run up and starcall once/twice and then back off.
Flash/Ignite
If they try to 1v1, silence, spam starcall, ignite if it will kill.
