when noct was released a guy asked for it for free because he was called "Nocturne".
They did give him noct and his 2 skins for free, but they said they don't normally do this and some other stuff.
Unless you are called Baron Von Veigar you won't get the skin, you know there will probably be more people with a name "Baron Von something".

You should learn how to abuse the zoning power of your ult and wall during the laning phase. It can, for the most part, make sure that annie cannot get close enough to you to run her full combo on you. But yeah, laning against annie is like laning against urgot, the only way to win is to be a better player than the opponent.
