I've tried lvling Q first as anivia, but the skillshot is so damn hard to hit during the laning phase that, if your opponent has half a brain, they can always dodge it. But I'm wondering, due to the changes of the debuff on her ult, if E is no longer the best pick to abuse her early game damage since you have to put yourself so much closer to them to hit E now.

E is useless if they aren't slowed. And they made it more costly to start and stop her ult, so early game it isn't viable to harass with it.
I have little difficulty landing the Q though. Lots of practice I guess.
