I always feel it to be situational with the build and skill order. If you are going to be focusing on zoning the enemy in a duo lane, it might be wise to max out the silence/ mana gain skill. If your partner is an idiot/ you have a really tough lane, maxing the heal might be for the best. I don't feel that Starcall is really worth getting up at the beginning. And for builds, I usually go for AP stacking. So I like to get a Rabadoodad and sometimes a Mejai's (For the assists). If you get focused, build tanky, of course.

If you know how to play a bad champion that does not mean they are not bad that just means you know how to play a bad champion.
Just because you play Twitch and get cool numbers in your baddie elo doesn't mean he's not a bad champion, it just means you're playing with retarded idiots with baseball bats rammed up their rectum.
Case in point Twitch is bad but don't feel bad about it, it's not like it makes much of a difference down there.

It's cause I don't know any game with a worse character than Ganondorf.
He has two matchups that are almost literally impossible to win with two players of equal skill. Even if the Ganon player is better it's iffy vs Iceclimbers or Sheik.

I'm pretty sure there is. When I play custom games I'm ALWAYS the best level 30 there and stomp every time. How come this doesn't always happen in my normal games?
Also whenever I play with my bad level 30 friends the opponents are always bad. Worse than the ones I play with normally.
It IS possible to carry a full team or mostly bads.
I queued up with my 180 win IRL friend who loses lots more games than he wins, so a low Normal Elo. Very low.
We had a Kayle who was scared as hell in lane, for some reason, she stood by her turret the whole time in lane while Kog'Maw was pushing the shit outta it, resulting in them getting raped by Vayne and Lanelaf, and Kayle being 3 levels behind everyone by the 30 minute mark. I think it was because she died once in the beginning, she only stayed by her turret.
I was in mid as Annie against Morgana. She didn't even try to farm.
My friend as Jarman was top 2v1 did well, but got a little bit denied. He only died once or twice in lane.
And our Yi died two times in the jungle, once trying to go aggressive jungling, dying by golems, and once at dragon when he attempted (despite my protests) to kill it. He got no ganks off.
Teamfights came, and we barely won any of them. At first no one listened to me. No one followed up with my Tibbers initiation. No one focused Vayne except for me, and she got a B. Veil and scaling MRes glyphs, so I couldn't exactly instagib.
At the end, when both of our nexus turrets were down and Vayne and Nasus were pushing, we managed to push them back. I then told every single person what to do in the next fight while we were just turtling at our base. Kayle facechecked a bush like a boss, all 5 were in there, so I Tibbers'd it up and my teammates actually did what I told them to (focus vayne, kayle wait around and ult one of us since you do no damage because of 2x Nashor's tooth and level 16, jarman don't trap me, kog'maw keep moving to dodge that morgana's Q since she always puts it on you, and yi wait for jarman to jump in).
And we fucking won.

None of them actually talked. It was just me in the chatlog the whole time. Even though they were mechanically bad, they listened.
