I swear...When playing singed it just seems like my poison wears off at the last moment on people. Like someone will literally have 10 hp left and my poisons just says "Nah not worth it man" and just goes away. Happens a lot early game.

ALWAYS hit 1 autoattack more, always.
Can't even say how many kills would have missed if I wouldn't do that.

It's always in a situation where I can't do that. For example I flip akali towards the tower after she hits me. Poison is now getting her. Tower hits her one more time and she is pretty low hp. Poison ticks 3 times while she is running away but leaves her at 10 hp and she runs off.
