Hell no.
Their Urgot was 10/0/5, got 2 kills off of me in the jungle somehow, and 6 from our Vayne as well, who said, "AFK till surrender at 20"
That's not to say that I did well, since I went 2/4/1...
At the end, they were all blaming Vayne and never seemed to have noticed that I had Rally.
Rally is under-rated.
It gives you free 70 AD(or AP) inside one certain area, ideal for teamfights.

Teemo + singed double poison team is pretty fun. Enemies would just run away and die slowly and painfully.
Went 3/0/8 as singed and teemo went 9/1/2
