the circle you see that appears from pantheon's ulti would become the outer rock ring, but there'd be another rock ring right on the person he lands on.
and it would lock onto a person
but if you cast it on someone who's mid-way through recall, he recalls to base and then you jump on him and get killed by base turrets
I've played over 600 games and never got one like this.

I'm testing Nordic + East first. (Well I basically have to, since Riot isn't going to give the free transfer right after the split)
West is probably going to end up as a massive fagfest though, it'll get filled with baddies and in the end you'll have a 2-hour queue and then you have to play with 4 feeders.

That happens when the server is still processing a game. The server will never not save a game, it will be processed eventually.
