boots, wit's end, FM. thats a great starting order. After that buy the pure damage items since you have the survivability trough midgame fights.

Malady wits end is amazing on him now. Theres absolutely no reason to pass the magic damage of wits end, it takes like a deathcap to get that much dmg per hit on your E, plus the attack speed and magic resist is just too good on him.

My build is Mercury Treads, Malady, FM, Gunblade, Wit's End. The order in which I build it varies. But i like to get an early phage for ganking/survivability

Also take teleport on teemo it's fabulous. Every 300 seconds (or less if you take 21 in utility) you can become Twisted Fate if you shroom hard enough

Also don't get an early bloodrazor on him unless the enemy team comp calls for it. The worst thing ever in league is an unneeded bloodrazor. The buildup is AWFUL and a lot of times malady+wits end procs will get you close to the same damage at the same cost.
