Well, caves are usually moist and water reflects light.
In most situations it doesn't matter how bright the level is as long as the player knows where they are going.

The cave walls are a little too shiny, it's very noticeable in the dark areas, but don't change the lighting. It's perfect, it has a very grim eeriness to it.

he's not lifting it up if that's what you're insinuating (the frontal portion is higher up), he's pushing down on the flamethrower grip
Those handgun animations are old, I'm planning to redo them entirely.

The way it looks like he's inserting the mag feels like he only put it in halfway. There needs to a teensy bit less upwarded motion and a teensy more backwards motion. Also, when releoading, feel free to show more of the gun (i.e. turn it leftwards more towards the camera)

There needs to be way more motion on the mag removal and insertion parts. After the mag insertion the way he goes to grip the gun is a little bit weird and cheap - the fingers need to curl a bit. When he's holding the gun to cock it, I think the guns should be pitched a little higher OR when he's cocking you could can do it similarly to the first one and closer to the idle animation. The cocking animation is too fast, too.

It may be just fraps or whatever it is you're using to record, but it seems like there's too few frames on the bringout animation. There needs to be way more upward animation on the recoil. When he's using the slide stop in the reload animation has to be the weirdest part in my opinion: The position he's holding it just too awkward. I'd suggest probably having that part much more similarly positioned to the idle animation.

Yeah, I'd say the guns don't feel weighty but they certainly look good enough :smile:

We have a confirmed G3 for game. It's fully modelled + skinned (and looks real nice), just cant show it visually yet because its for a uni project.
