I don't really like the idea of being able to roll the grenade, This mod does have a sense of semi-realism, and i don't have any real life experience, but I feel that you wouldn't be able to roll a real life grenade far enough to be at a certainly safe distance, unless you REALLY roll it hard, like, semi-throw underhand instead of roll.

The idea of rolling is to roll under obstacles and into rooms obviously. A grenade weighs 300g - 1kg or so, so a trained soldier should be able to throw it atleast 15-30 meters. But yeah, rolling in general is an underhand throw instead of literally rolling it.
It's just a cool mechanic. The mod is semi-realistic, not everything HAS to be perfect.

Causality Radius: Around 15 meters
and the radius of fragmentation and the such can go up to 250 meters.
How about having the player go through the motions of throwing a grenade. Like, first pull the pin (with the option to reinsert it), then priming it and finally the throw. Right mouse could toggle distance. That way you couldn't just spam grenades like you have a catapult strapped to your chest.

It depends what grenade he has honestly... I am pretty sure the M67 Fragmentation grenade has the ring safety pin and an alternate safety pin that actually allows you to pull the ring safety out. All depends on what grenades Jlea chooses. That second safety pin I wouldn't suggest having though..
It would be nice if there were a simple option where a line is drawn that shows the rough arc of where a grenade launcher or a grenade will go. I'm sure it wouldn't be too simple to program.
It doesn't have to be a frag, anyway. Underhanded tosses could work well for smoke grenades.
Since this has full body awareness (you can see your body when you look down), would it be possible to have a small animation where he takes the grenade off his vest?

It actually takes quite a large force to pull the pin out it can take 5 to 10 pounds of force to pull a pin out of a grenade.
