Could always have the screen be free floating, so that it catches up to the crosshair, and almost recenters it, but has a slight deadzone in the middle.

But in an engine like Source, it would look like a plastic figurine D-Day.

Honestly, when I fired a few guns from the hip, I just found MYSELF off target, not the gun being insanely inaccurate. So since the bullets actually come from the barrel in Ivan's, could the barrel just be a bit offcenter of the crosshair with every shot when firing from the hip? Also, could you make the recoil seem like it's going less upwards and more backwards somehow?
Put some free aim in, but not that much. All is solved. :)
Freeaim looked alot better.
I didnt even code the freeaim, it was from insurgency. It was also really hacky + bad, I don't wanna reuse that code

Nah, since we got dat coop. I need to test some things out but it should be playable by monday
so are there going to be specific co-op missions or is it going to be tacked on to the singleplayer?
Specific, they're pretty simple and easy to make. 2 Player spawns, environment + NPC wave spawners/pre-sets. AT the end of the NPC's there's some sort of chest with loot in it and then you're off to the next one.

So, it's sorta like that Terrorist Hunt (or whatever it is) gamemode on Splinter Cell Conviction except without the stealth mechanics?
