S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Series Megathread - Faction Warfare Edition - Games

new to soc, just finished finding streloks stash. I'm now trying to get military documents, can anyone give me advice on the best to get past the military.

I assume you're playing vanilla, then the sneaking is practically impossible. Just shoot your way through, get the documents, climb to the roof, shoot the siren, and then climb down the roof ladder and escape through the hole in the perimeter wall.

Go through the underground passage and shoot the alarm siren(the one that's on the top of the main building) with a silenced gun. Sneak over the road and into the main building. If you're a good shot you can take out the two guards on the top floor with your silenced gun without them firing a bullet. Snatch the documents, then go down any of the two staircases. Try to crouch through the window frames and you'll fall out in the back of the building. Carefully sneak to the south-west corner of the complex and you'll find a hole in the wall. Go through the hole and ta-da! You're outside! Now rush North and watch out for military patrols. If you suck at it or if the NPCs constantly spot you follow what Zezibesh said.

The only time I pulled it off flawlessly was in LURK.
