Seems my entire night has been comprised of lag.

On a second note, does anyone know if TFW is compatible with mods that change ballistics and weapon damage? Cause the default CS stuff sucks.

So I'm using my parent's craptop because im staying at the beach for a week and I've come here every year for 7 years so its goddamn boring- I was thinking about installing SoC but it has vista 32 bit, "AMD Turion X2 Mobile TL-60" CPU, ATI video (built in toshiba crap), and 3GB of 332mhz RAM. it also sucks at running flash games lol

I ran SoC on a horrible laptop 6 years ago and enjoyed it. That laptop will be fine.

Well it hasnt run shit properly in 3 years, took 5 minutes to start up Steam I had a computer much worse than that when I started playing SoC, hardware wise, this comp is just shit all around

Well instead of going around and doing everything by myself instead of my faction, I decided to hang out in freedom's base and see what would happen. The outpost in CS that leads from the garbage to the army warehouses CONSTANTLY gets attacked and any freedomers that are there get killed. In my game Mercs and Defiance are the big shots and it's a balance of power between freedom and these two. Is it like that for other people? Anyway, I rallied two squads in a little area inside the military warehouses and I sent them there , along with another squad that went there on their own and they haven't been attacked since. Before this there were two squads there at one time and they withstood an attack from defiance or mercs, I don't remember which. A few squads captured a few points on their own. I've noticed a bug, I wanted the main freedom base to have more people so I ordered a squad in to take camp and that squad just ended up going to some place in the garbage, but they really went to the red forest and now they're in the middle of the red forest for some reason, odd. 20 gb of ram? Oh fuck I wanted to play people soup and only have 2gb, :( I would buy Ram but no point buying the ancient DDR if I'm gonna completely build a computer soon. Plus I'd need to buy a new motherboard and CPU, so ehhh I'll wait. However, it crashes all the time(probably because of massive memory consumption) and Darius keeps delaying the next release.
