S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Series Megathread - Faction Warfare Edition - Games

Capture South Farmstead. "WE NEED HELP! NORTH FARMSTEAD IS UNDER ATTACK BY DEFIANCE!" Help them. "WE NEED HELP! SOUTH FARMSTEAD IS UNDER ATTACK BY DEFIANCE!" Help them. "WE NEED HELP! NORTH FARMSTEAD IS UNDER ATTACK BY DEFIANCE!" And so on. My TFW experience so far.

Once I am done with my Defiance playthrough of TFW 2.9, I need to choose another faction (or not) to play as. Let's do a little poll (hopefully) to see who I'll play as. Rate me one of the following: Agree for Duty Funny for Bandits Winner for Loner Friendly for Clear Sky Optimistic for Freedom No Mercs because I've already done a playthrough with them before.

Freedom seems like the only good faction in TFW. Defiance is a bunch of greedy punks, just less so than the Bandits. Mercs are also out there for the dosh. Duty I can understand want to stop the zone but they'll basically kill anyone who speaks out against them. And apparently Clear Sky is now just a puppet of NATO. Well damn though, I mean, I leave the Loners for like an hour with 200 STALKERS and a full resource bar while there are like 3 bandits. Then the whole thing is reversed because I wasn't around.

I got this error after a fresh reinstall of TFW and I got it before I added Teh Zip File's ballistic/sound mod. Edit: The fresh reinstall of the mod was because of this error. Edit #2: Screw it, I'm reinstalling Clear Sky and will start my GLORIOUS PLAYTHROUGH OF THE ALL-MIGHTY FACTION THAT IS THE MONOLI--I MEAN BANDITS!

I just bought a guitar from a Stalker in unmodded CoP. Is that even supposed to be possible? He also seemed to have a PDA in his inventory, but walked away and it was gone when I talked to him again

Argh! I am alive! I managed to get my school distributed shitty Lenovo laptops to run a livestream during science, we had a bludge lesson so I rewatched Chickens! livestream. Apparently the NSW government will block gmail, but it let's me watch livestream. Hm. Too bad the laptops were so shit that it couldn't keep up with the video and it lagged like a bitch. about to enter lab x 16 and i'm wondering whether i should equip my shotgun before my assault rifle. The reason i'm asking this is because i got attacked by snorks outside the lab and died. At that time i had my assault rifle equiped.
