oh god I'm leaking too much information
Oh god it's all over me! The information, it's, leaking. Oh god another leak! Ahhhhhh...
oh god I'm not leaking enough information
I concur.
The ending is a quicktime event where you have to throw a knife at Nimble before he manages to tenderly grope Ashots scrotum. [editline]27th June 2011[/editline] fcuk

okay more psuedo science coming in. Firstly addressing the firefly artifact and me speculating it's nature today: The firefly artifact is capable of reforming human flesh, restoring nerves and even retaining muscle memory, allowing inbuilt reflexes to remain. (this is all non canon) However, looking at the molecular structure of the reformed flesh, we can easily see several new mutagens, and looking deeper still upon observing the dna helix, we see two additional amino acid combinations have been made, unseen in any life form before hand. What this means to those affected is currently unknown, because we have been unable to find a willing subject to be fully replaced with recreated flesh. Besides the positive factors of the artifact, a well known negative affect is the radiation. While we have always assumed this was the regular isotope based radiation seen emmited by nuclear metals, we have recently tested it again and discovered it is cosmic radiation, similar to the radiation emmited by the sun, cosmic radiation has always been assumed to be emmited by solar bodies and stars. However, we have forgotten to take into account the visual aspect of the firefly artifact. Inside we can clearly see what we previously thought to be floating bodies of energy, suspended in animation by unknown forces in the shape of what appears to be a galactic body. However, with this new discovery a new hypothesis has been formed: The particles MAY actually be solar bodies, incredibly minute in comparison to our own. This has created several fears amongst some of the researchers here, as well as several implications. First, any attempt to penetrate the outer shell could result in horrible consequences. Some beleive that the cosmic radiation would not be shielded from us like it is currently by the outer shell, exposing us to incalcuable amounts of radiation, obliterating us and endangering everyone in the Zone, let alone the world as we would not be able to contain it. The second fear is that cracking the shell would cause the galaxy inside to expand, similar in theory to the big bang. And the third fear, is that due to it's minute size, time is highly accelerated inside it, and opening it could endanger any potential developing civilizations or life if any exists. Of course the implications of this are huge, but both unfortunately and fortunately we are unable to crack the shell. We have not been able to expose any atoms, which supports our theory that the atoms that compose this artifact are in 1:1 preportion to the galaxy, effectively making this artifact the densest material made to man. More experiments into this shall follow. I also had a bit about psi emissions being the catalyst for artifact creation and anomaly relocation after blowouts, but I read it over and it didn't sound right so I scrapped it. [editline]27th June 2011[/editline] Hey paravin, do you have a database or list of the descriptions of artifacts from redux? I sort of need them for this and I'm definitly not downloading redux and finding all the artifacts to write up this suggestion. PM me if you do.
oh hey thorny you should totally add a Fleshchop with Vodka Sauce as a meal at a bar or some shit cuz i geniouse
oh hey thorny you should totally add a Fleshchop with Vodka Sauce as a meal at a bar or some shit cuz i geniouse
Uh huh. Nice.
No really. Like I said awhile ago, fleshes have healing properties, but are irradiated, and whats better to cure radiation without antibiotics/chemicals than vodka!? i go sleepy now
Yea I know.
Just got back from town with ten euros less. FINALLY I bought the Radioactive Edition, I no longer need to borrow my friends Clear Sky disc and I can play online! I offically own all three games!

Then you wake up in another character in Afghanistan.

Because Ashots scrotum contains the secret to the Wish Granter.
Ashots scrotum IS the Wish Granter.
Ashots scrotum IS the Wish Granter.
Yar disagrees.
Because Ashots scrotum contains the secret to the Wish Granter.
Alright but are we throwing a knife at Nimble to prevent him from having his wish corrupted and being turned to stone by Ashot's scrotum or is it because we want the wishgranter scrotum all to ourselves?
Wolf's crundle dosen't.

Oh god 96 posts, some of which praising Redux (thanks!) and some of which discussing nimble and ashots gay love affair oh god :ohdear:
i'm sorry about the leak man, I'm sorry. :smith:
Oh god 96 posts, some of which praising Redux (thanks!) and some of which discussing nimble and ashots gay love affair oh god :ohdear:
No Thorny, you are Nimble.
ur fuckin dead man, deaddddddddddddddddd
It was the Burers, they made me do this!
I have played this game two fucking times over, so yes I will take that as fact. I wanted to post a hypothetical scientific experiment report and hypothesis, and didn't want to immediately get shot down by the canon monsters. I'm not a noob, and I'm planning a huge stalker story so ignoring the lore would be stupid.
You. Stop being so goddamn insecure, it's really embarrassing and irritating. CHILL OUT BRO.
It was the Burers, they made me do this!
BLATANT LIES! NOW YOU WILL BE WUUUUUUUUURM FOOD!
You. Stop being so goddamn insecure, it's really embarrassing and irritating. CHILL OUT BRO.
Never! I will remain irrational and scared! I have complex things happening currently, so I take most things in a negative light at the moment. I try to read things in a positively but normally when something sounds even the slightest bit patronizing or negative I get a bit mad. Nothing to worry about though, mainly I try avoid lashing out too much...
I should play Redux again
A controller [editline]26th June 2011[/editline] Way back then when I made the bros picture, some folks requested to be in it, today most of those guys haven't been seen on the thread ever since.
I have... :frown: I've [editline]27th June 2011[/editline]
A controller [editline]26th June 2011[/editline] Way back then when I made the bros picture, some folks requested to be in it, today most of those guys haven't been seen on the thread ever since.
I have... :frown: I've just been perma'd
I lost all my CoP saves last format, including my first playthrough :saddowns: I should start a Redux playthrough again.
