No single role is always the easiest or hardest, it all depends on the class/spec and what's going on around you and what you're required to do for a specific fight.

the amount of any herb in any zone that isnt being farmed is ridiculous, in fact mining in sholazar is viable for good money because smelted stacks sell for 25G and there's no farmers

Here. The red circled icon on the minimap is what you want; by default, it should be a magnifying glass, not rocks exploding, but the location should be the same.

Tanking is fairly easy, esp. boss tanking, if you're doing trash or adds i find it harder.

Maybe the picture lacked a big red circle labelled "PRESS THIS RETARD" but I prefer not to insult someones common sense when telling them what to do :)
