The old one is where you ask in trade and hope there is a group on your server right then that has room for you.

No the old dungeon finder, where you could look up other people also wanting to do the dungeons you selected. Besides he was complaining about not being able to get into heroics because of his gear. Which doesn't seem real.

How come my chars won't update properly? It still shows a picture of my DK in starter gear with an SW tabard and it doesn't properly display my paladin either.

Same happening here.
Avatar and arenateams seem to have a much longer update-timer than the rest. (Gear, achievements, feed etc.)
I started my 2v2 several weeks ago, and still nothing shows.

It took 19 kills in a row for Garr to even drop the helm of might. the only reason I clear the rest of MC is A) for a sort of "counter" (only ragnaros kills are recorded on my stats) and B) some slight income.

True, mostly the same for me. Left binding dropped on my 2nd or 3rd run though.

hunter goes manually into bag and clicks potion
just before the first egg the mage stands there and doesnt dps anything while he waits for the egg to become attackable
the hunter stands in the breath and not between it (i dont know if this makes a difference or not)
also they used 2 healers

actually maybe sinestra was immune to damage when the mage stopped dpsing yeah i think she was the hunter was just regaining focus
So I took the 10 day trial on cataclysm, what realm and what class should i play? I'm on EU btw and would prefer to play on a realm with bros.

We've not got any raiding spots open though, only social spots.
Considering he just started, I don't think he would want to worry about Raiding yet. :P
Anybody read about this Call to Arms Dungeon Finder thing? It's going to be a huge pain in the ass. Stupid DPSers will decide 'ooh, a shiny mount! I'll Tank :downs:" which will lead to more frustration than we had in the first place. Then there'll be people queuing as DPS and then switching to their preferred role for the special benefits that have been put in place.

Agreed, i actually like 30 min queues, i can make a coffee, grab some food, catch up on stuff between each heroic.
And if i actually need multiple heroics quickly i whore out guildies.
Also I don't get the part with Rivendares Deathcharger, doesn't drop in strat anymore but only tank/healing classes can obtain it now? What about mages, rogues, warlocks and hunters?
I have an account with all expansions plus a 85 rogue with just green/blue gear nothing special but it has gathering professions. I think in total there is 1000 gold on the account. The account also has a 66 goblin priest with about 350 engineering and the custom helicopter mount thing. At last there is also a 29 blood elf paladin with the max enchanting for the level.
This is EU, probably good for new players, or players wanting to get back into wow, as this is below the half of the original price of wow, looking at amazon.

I have a geared pally tank so this call to arms queue thing is fucking awesome.

I don't understand the reason for this, since you would save a lot buying a used account rather than buying all the games retail. Also you have a lot of gold for a new character that people probably will make if they're new, which makes stuff easier for them.
