I don't understand the reason for this, since you would save a lot buying a used account rather than buying all the games retail. Also you have a lot of gold for a new character that people probably will make if they're new, which makes stuff easier for them.
1000 is a tiny amount of gold
1000 is a tiny amount of gold
yes, but I think the point is you'll have that reserve of 1k that you can put onto a new character to give yourself a boost you wouldn't have had if you went out and bought the game and expansions.
yes, but I think the point is you'll have that reserve of 1k that you can put onto a new character to give yourself a boost you wouldn't have had if you went out and bought the game and expansions.
But you don't need it, at all. Mounts and such are all paid by quest rewards, unless you waste your money on stupid things like the auction house.
lol my realmlist is empty
i will pay 10 quid for your account final offer
Didn't know how to get on top of the IF bank and AH before cata? YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT WoW.
Is anybody willing to give me a time card? I've played the trial and had alot of fun but it's so limited. I'm low on cash and it would be greatly appreciated.
YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT WoW.
Or you were playing the correct faction.
Is anybody willing to give me a time card? I've played the trial and had alot of fun but it's so limited. I'm low on cash and it would be greatly appreciated.
Not trying to be rude or anything but I doubt facepunch would just give you some time just like that.
Anybody read about this Call to Arms Dungeon Finder thing? It's going to be a huge pain in the ass. Stupid DPSers will decide 'ooh, a shiny mount! I'll Tank :downs:" which will lead to more frustration than we had in the first place. Then there'll be people queuing as DPS and then switching to their preferred role for the special benefits that have been put in place.
Call to Arms dungeon finder? Is that coming in 4.1 or something? What is it exactly? Huh, just saw the post on MMOC. And of course the first reply is about a DPS complaining about not getting to see all the content and how it's unfair because tanks are already with some advantages, I am shocked and completely surprised. Huh.
Incoming: Rage from purists who feel they're entitled to those mounts only because they waste their lives grind soloing those dungeons.
That's surprisingly similar to what I thought, especially after seeing something mention they did 400+ runs of Stratholme without ever seeing the Deathcharger drop.
In the case of lower level dungeons, it's actually not uncommon for DPS to be the least represented role, and so if this new system works out and we're pleased with the results, we may consider applying this same mechanic to lower level dungeons as well.
I like, I like! Oh dear lord, complaints about the 4.1 patch:
Blizzard will ruin this game in an other way too, cause what they want to get? Money. And what is the easiest way to get more money? To envolve more children to the game! And they have to make this game a bit stupid. To every children can play. That's why this dungeon finder,
Seriously? The dungeon finder made WoW stupid? Honestly, the WoW community might just be the whiniest I've ever seen.
Honestly, the WoW community might just be the whiniest I've ever seen.
Every game forum ever is full of whiny bitches. Thankfully facepunch evolved at least enough above that to where we can sit back and say "wow, I'm glad we're not that bad".
bwahahahahahaha I almost believed you were serious there for a moment.
Man, I am gonna miss having Parkys Dark Intent.
the dungeon finder change in 4.1 is probably going to be a double edged sword, sure it may shorten queues for DPS/healers, but at the risk of running with nothing but fail tanks it probably will cause more drama than it's worth
I just made another Warrior and want to use him for tanking, he's now level 11, what are the basics for Warrior tanking?
hit shield slam alot
another Warrior
and you still dont know what youre doing
I don't know what I'm doing as a tank.
I don't know what I'm doing as a tank.
stay at ranged, use heroic throw whenever it's off cooldown, make sure to keep hamstring up and kite
yes, but I think the point is you'll have that reserve of 1k that you can put onto a new character to give yourself a boost you wouldn't have had if you went out and bought the game and expansions.
Gold farming services will sell you 1k gold for like $5. So hopefully that keeps out the people who don't know what the fuck they're doing. Just run in, hit something with Rend, then do Thunderclap. You better have specced into Blood and Thunder. Then just spam Shield Slam when you can. It's really simple on low level dungeons. At level 85 you charge in, rend, thunderclap, take a couple steps back, shockwave then spam cleave, revenge, and thunderclap. For bosses and single targets you keep rend up, and spam shield slam, devastate, revenge, and heroic strike. It's pretty easy. This guy has some good guides on Warrior tanking http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bk16qlFt9tI
Or you were playing the correct faction.
You're dumb. Horde is for little munchkins.
You're dumb. Horde is for little munchkins.
did you just call someone dumb and then say the exact same thing that they said
You're dumb. Horde is for little munchkins.
it's been so long since I've seen that written with the right "you're" that I thought it was wrong for a second I love you I had a bad experience with people on the alliance side compared to horde, could just be a server-to-server thing but fuck it was like everyone was 7 years old amidst the allies I visited. So, for the hell of it before moving on, I made a draenei female and waited at the starting area, 30 minutes of just being there and I got two /say compliments and three /t's related to me being hot and a dozen friend requests. On the other side, I've now got an 85 female blood elf (hurr) and the only time that's happened was when I was around 40 a guy walked past me, stopped, caught back up to me, then said "you have nice thighs" then ran away. :crossarms:
I only just today noticed that some of those Gnoll tents sometimes have a human face inbetween the patches of leather and cloth
I had a bad experience with people on the alliance side compared to horde, could just be a server-to-server thing but fuck it was like everyone was 7 years old amidst the allies I visited. I've only joined pvp servers. :frown:
I've only joined pvp servers. :frown:
Or maybe it's just the realm you're on.
I play a Holy Paladin in PvP, and I am INVINCIBLE!
I play a Holy Paladin in PvP, and I am INVINCIBLE!
Great first post. Also counterspell and you have to pop something like bubble.
