Some nights my guild can get 5 or 6 (mainly warnings that where unheeded) and some times we can go the entire week without seeing one

Drop rate is 3% from regular trash and 0.3% from weak trash (Such as the phasetwisters in the start)

The only thing I've seen broken so far is the Nefarian encounter and some NPC's missing text in BRD. But since you know everything, it must be broken.

I played retail for a long time, and my realm there "Hakkar" is complete shit, I don't play Cata or Wotlk private servers, i only play one vanilla server.
