If you wait until the next tier of raids come out then nobody who raids seriously is going to pick you up and take you through the old content. You're only going to be able to play with baddies who can't do Firelands.

Do you guys think I should level up a DK or a warrior? I got tired of my warrior because Worgen is so weird (inb4 ally lol), and my DK because he is a DK.

Thing is I want to level either my warrior or my dk, but it has gone to the point where I play neither because I know I'd only bother play one of them.

People still run through ICC, Naxx, old TBC raids and everything. Their alot easier because, let's face it the game has progressed from them, through character progression and in general difficulty.
I'm in a PvP guild which is focused on Arena's and Rated Battlegrounds, we don't care about raiding, but eventually when we decide to, we'll raid (exactly like we did in Lich King). I don't want a watered down version of something. What is the general reason for the nerf?
Opinions are opinions. In my opinion, raiding sucks. It's boring. After you've done it once, you've done it 1000 times. PvP is less restricted, there isn't some pre-determined "YOU HAVE TO DO THIS". I like my freedom and every BG/Arena is different.

Going to try and switch my 74 retadin to Prot, then hit 85, gear up, and try tanking a few raids, so I can have experience in both healing and tanking, to increase performance in either role and understand the needs and responsibilites of either role so I don't end up blindly bitching to the MT or my healer.
Only role I will never understand is DPS. Don't want to either.

Honestly, i've allways found the tank specs on any of the classes be so much better for leveling, you can just pull packs and not worry, and the dungeon queues too.

It's not as easy as that, you will have to be the babysitter for the group once you start 85 dungeons and heroics, then when you've geared up you need to not suck and find a raiding guild who actually wants you.
