I can get onto characters on other servers but not my main character on the server I use the most. It's really annoying. Made a ticket on a low level character on another realm but waiting time is currently over a day.

One question, do you have any addons running?
If you do disable them because I heard that having them on can cause stuff like this sometimes.

I had this a few times. I just restarted my router! May work for you.
I've removed add ons and restarted my modem. Not using a router as no-one else lives here. Opened ports, deleted cache, tried everything I can think of.

Do a tracert when logging in then send that to blizzard using the support thing on battle.net

A GM spoke to me, he said it's a known issue with my ISP and I have to call them. Oh dear.
I'm glad I stopped playing this game. Sadly it took me until about this February to realize that the [i]vast[/i] majority of raiding guilds in WoW fall into one of the two following categories:
1. Their members have no brains; do the same mistakes wipe after wipe in every single raid; lack even the most basic communication and cooperation skills; bitch about loot relentlessly; stand in fire.
2. Their members have no life; raid 5 days a week; expect every single member to spend every waking non-raid hour farming in dedication to the guild; treat progression as something more important than life itself; don't treat WoW as a game, but as a job (that you don't get paid for).
After my last guild fell apart, it's been ridiculously hard finding a guild whose members actually have lives, studies and work, and are intelligent enough to do progress and have some fun without raiding like it's a full-time job.
Luckily instead of searching for a sane guild forever, I quit this shit altogether. :c00lbert:

sounds more like mommy wouldnt let you play during raid hours because you didnt do your homework
My ISP has fixed the connection issues. I don't know how or what they were but I can play again and that's what counts.

if you like caster go for Elemental, if you like melee combat go for Enhancement, for healing go Restoration, Enhancement is the spec I mostly see though.

Actually, you still receive benefit from Mastery / Expertise even though you don't see the actual increase on your stats.

If you check out "Show Stats", you can see I have 6.45% Exerptise. Which is a 0.05% chance to be dodged. Unlike the 0.25% chance it shows on the Armory/ Character Tab.
I've never understood why it shows it in chunks on Expertise and Mastery. But you will still be benefiting from that stat. You don't need to reach the next point to receive that benefit. It's a common misconception at Blizzards fault because for some reason they don't show to actual numbers on the character frame, but rather at chunks at a time. If they can do it for Hit Rating, why not Expertise and Mastery?
