I'm tired of guildleaders being whipped by their landwhale girlfriends or annoying favourism. I'm making it a guild aiming to help people gear up and get experience, of course with the preference that they stay.
Besides, I've gotten more members now. Persistant recruiting helps.
I joined an at the time level 3 guild on my Druid alt. Last I checked they had 400 members.
If you get people to spam invites to lowbies at the starting zones you can get a bunch of people to level your guild.
I was just running around Durotar and got an invite.

He dropped an Ashkandi though, but a DK got it. It'd be a cool sword to have, but I only switch to a DPS spec for a couple of bosses, and I have the Cho'Gall axe which is basically the same stats.

Has the game changed much since about one month after the release of Cataclysm? I stopped playing because nobody knew how to run heroics. I just reinstalled now.

heroics are still piss easy if you have a bit of common sense - though most of the time you're the only one in the group with it
Got my first max level character two days ago, a human destruction warlock.
I think I have okay gear now, item lvl is 343.
Though I only make 6-8K DPS, usually 6.5K.
Any idea how to improve that? A really good warlock from my guild helped me with my talents, and glyphs, but I still make bad DPS. Is it because I have no rotation? I just spam my 1-9 buttons. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Get demonic aegis instead of mana feed.
The spell rotation is also very good. You'll find the imp surprises you with the DPS too!

Yes, this would be why.
I've never played a Warlock, but like all other classes you use a select few abilities. You don't just spam whatever.

It's not particularly fun. Then again I don't realy find WoW fun in general. It can be profitable and you get a lot of XP from it at lower levels.

I find it pretty fun. Also you can get companions, mounts and even highish level heirloom gear out of it so it's pretty good.
