Oh, I figured it was just a name, like the creeper. Oh well
Creeper can refer to 'various vines' FYI, because the Creeper itself looks all leafy and viney. It's not called creeper no reason.
Something tells me that the silverfish are just going to be neutral ones in Caves or dark places. In houses all they do is chill and go mach 5 when you try to kill one.
I wonder if silverfish are the scary new mob. I don't think so.
I wonder if silverfish are the scary new mob. I don't think so.
If they eat wood and wool they will be.
I wonder how many of those 48 new things are bugs.
I wonder if silverfish are the scary new mob. I don't think so.
To be honest, if they're really fast and everything, I'll be fucking scared if they attack me in a swarm.
Sprinting
Sounds like a cool mechanic.
I wonder how many of those 48 new things are bugs.
Easy!
Number of new features times version number multiplied by scale of anticipation from 1 to 10, so we have:
48*(1.8*10)
Which gives us 864 new bugs :eng101:
I remember a long time ago when Notch first mentioned wanting to make villages he was talking about having all villages start out neutral, and depending on if you help them or hurt them, they would either become friendly with you or malicious towards you.
I wonder if there will be more unique things in that, like a village with normal villagers, except they're being oppressed by skeletons riding on spiders; you must kill these skeletons and free the village.
I was hoping mob villages meant Spider Nests, and skeleton tombs, something to raid. Not actual villages...
I wonder how many of those 48 new things are bugs.
More than fixed bugs so I guess around 10.
I wonder if silverfish are the scary new mob. I don't think so.
God shit, fuck yes they're the new scary mob D:
FUCK YOU NOTCH, WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE A GODDAMN INSECT!
If that's true, then this is moronic
how can a bloody insect be scary
(inb4 spiders)
SPIDERS AREN'T INSECTS YOU IDIOT
I was hoping mob villages meant Spider Nests, and skeleton tombs, something to raid. Not actual villages...
That sounds fuckin awesome.
I bet he'll screw it up and they eat stone instead of wood.
Suddenly, mines, mines everywhere.
More like going through dirt and falling to your death.
Alright, I gotta get Google+. I deleted my Facebook because not only is it shit, it's owned by an evil company. This could be better.
Oh yeah, these screenshots are ace by the way, can't wait!
Ye sure Google is an amazing company totally better than Facebook.
I wonder if Notch would add any more mass-swarming mobs like silverfish.
Oh wait.
Oh god.
Locusts. They would blot out the sun. Oh god.
Ye sure Google is an amazing company totally better than Facebook.
I hope this is not sarcasm.
Ye sure Google is an amazing company totally better than Facebook.
Well actually... pretty much.
Google is awesome.

Awesome? No. Nooo. Better than Facebook? That's not a great feat.
Awesome? No. Nooo. Better than Facebook? That's not a great feat.
Google made android, they made the Google search engine, they made all the different search types (images, ect), and now they made something much better than facebook.
That IS awesome.
Google ruined YouTube with their new bullshit account link requirement. I can't access my YouTube account anymore, and customer service has be unable to dish out a response much beyond "Yeah, lots of people have this problem. There's nothing we can do."
So I'm kinda hating Google right now. Plus, I don't like that they're monopolizing the internet, even though the YouTube failure is really the only reason to complain at this point.
I don't get what is so "evil" or bad about Facebook. Nobody seems to have any reason.
What.
Google is fucking incredible.
Honestly? Despise some of the things they've done recently. Cough cough, youtube updates and wave. But as it stands there's no massive problem with them which puts them ahead of "We'll sell your personal details"-book and "We don't generate our own search results"-crosoft.

They also made Google Wave and that flopped so hard that it put the box office results of Scott Pilgrim vs. The World to shame.

ah yes they made a product that didn't gain traction what a fuckin worthless company of idiot retards i hope they die
Google ruined YouTube with their new bullshit account link requirement.
Out of all the things Google have done/made, this is what made you hate them?
I don't get what is so "evil" or bad about Facebook. Nobody seems to have any reason.
Other than the fact that they store all your private information and sell it to advertisers against your will and ignore every single request for respecting your privacy forever, they're not so evil, no.
Hey guys let's all talk about Google and not Minecraft
I hope they make a crowbar in Minecraft
I hope they make a crowbar in Minecraft
I was just thinking this yesterday for some reason. I remembered stories about Notch importing models from Quake into Minecraft, and thought about importing Headcrabs from Half Life Source, which I had been playing earlier in the day. I then thought that a crowbar would be necessary as well.
So yes, I hope so as well.
One thing to remember with Google: They're a prototyping company. They basically throw stuff at the wall to see what sticks. That's why I love them. They've got enough money in ad revenue that they can take huge risks without having to worry about losing anything. They're the only company that actually holds innovation over sheer profit (*microcough*).

I also would love to work there. I think that it's either 40% or 20% of work time that is devoted to simply working on pet projects. That's how gmail, the best mailing service (opinions!) was created.
