A tad late, but yes.
It's a map i'm working on, at the moment they're a tad primitive.
Basically they move on traintracks, and have triggers all around them. A trigger behind them for the tail-attack, and a trigger ahead of them for the bite attack. When the player touches the triggerzone, the dragon plays the biting animation, and activates the trigger_hurt.
E: They also knock you off the platforms, and during the "Sudden Death" go nuts.
More of the most rage inducing game ever created.
