I've got 2 deluxe police stations, 2 large, and 1 small I think all in the rich district. I'm really running out of room to place shit, so I may have to start a new city

And the mainland is for the poor which makes me lods o emone, so I'll just go to the southern tile where the rich section ends and make that huge and full of skyscrapers

I also threw in a little mod that improves the helmet overlays for the various helmets, found it on the GSC Forums. It just cleans them up a bit and makes the damage states look better as the helmet takes damage, i.e the glass cracking, etc. I love games that actually show you wearing a helmet, so few do it. All I can think of is Republic Commando and Metroid Prime, maybe FEAR 2 if you count the glasses things your guy wears.

It's not better, at all. Plus the fact the creators are more nazi about modding than Rockstar, which to be honest they have no right to tell us what we can do with a game we bought. It's not cheating if it's in freeroam. Not to mention IVMP is a REVERSE ENGINEERED mod which means their opinions on modding are null.

Star Trek Online - Test Server - Don't mind the bugs
They implemented a new optional "shooter mode" It basically goes into a third person shooter mode like Mass Effect, but its still an MMO, so basically you're using the crosshair for easy Target selection, aim and shoot.
Oh and they finally made it so the Borg can actually become resistant to your weapons (the Debuff under my name) you have to use a a special item to re-modulate your weapons but until then you can use Melee, and can actually turn you into a drone and you attack your teammates uncontrollably, once you die you revert back

Scripting your own gamemodes and stuff mainly. Also it is rumored that pirated copies can be used to play IV MP but the devs are STRICTLY against that kind of behaviour and NO ONE should do it.
