Spiral Knights is a pretty fun game. So is Champions Online. Except that I'm completely lost in Champions.

You're looking at/near an extremely bright object in space through a visor that curves horizontally. You would get some vertical lights streaks, but mostly the elongated horizontal ones that are present.
