I'm not much into racing but damn Dirt 3 looks amazing.
I have Dirt 2 and a bunch of Need for Speed games all of which I rarely play, except for Hot Pursuit, but I'm in love with Dirt 3 for some reason.
Dirt 3 is good, but i much prefer the locations on Dirt 2
So do I for the most part, but the Dirt 3 weather and day/night add a bit of variation.
And they're also coming out with a new track by the end of this month, so at least there's proper DLC.
It's a "collision" type effect in the game.
I'm pretty sure it shows that a flashback has been used.
I'm pretty sure it shows that a flashback has been used.
No, it happens where there was some sort of collision at that time in the replay.

Monte Carolo maps which should be interesting. I love the weather effects in Dirt 3, the snow races can be a bit boring after awhile. The trailblazers are brilliant, I would love to use Dirt 3s Trailblaze cars on the Utah tacks from D2

It is nothing, and I mean nothing at all compared to Bad Company 1. It was hilarious to play through and I loved every moment. Bad Company 2 should have just been called "Good Company" since they never do anything bad.
Hell, in the first game they accidentally invade a neutral country because Haggard runs after a truck of gold.
Quite a few images here but I think they show off a VERY under rated and little known game that's pretty damn good
Elemental: War of Magic
Starting a new city, not very big or worthwhile. You can see my Sovereign on the far left with the cape. No armor or sword or anything....yet

It's a turn based 4X game, with RPG elements (Leveling your main guy (called a Sovereign)) Marriages between factions' children, trading, alliances, treaties, wars. Two main sides called The Empire and The Kingdom. The Kingdom's cities are all Green and prosperous while the Empire's are all dead forest and ash like, and both of those have 4 Factions each. There's questing for your Sovereign and children, an economy, research, city building, resource exploiting, random encounters, Design and equip your own units with researched weapons and armor, etc etc etc
Well worth $40
Looks like I've exceeded my 10 Gigs this month again, god damnit
Jesus christ that looks like a mod for Civ IV/V
With all the borders around cities, city levels, income per city and just in general.
Does it play like one of the Civ games too? Or totally different? It looks pretty interesting though.
It plays like Civ pretty much, though when in Battle it plays more like Atlantica Online or Disciples. What's different though is the RPG elements that are littered through the game, with persistent leveling and customizing equipment for your main character, children and recruited heroes, along with customizing the equipment for your own recruitable units to fight with
I'll just let these features speak for the game, and it should jump out and scream BUY ME
