General Ingame Media Thread V.7 - What game is that?! - Games

So I started playing Hearts of Iron 3, Semper Fi, again since my love for the long running games have not vanished. I'm using the mod Random HoI. I am Bolivia :buddy: [img]http://i.cubeupload.com/H00SeN.jpg[/img] Here you can get a closer look at my situation. I have surrounded them because they started mobilizing and that made me paranoid. [img]http://i.cubeupload.com/tVPt6T.jpg[/img] My friends are fighting of Brazil and some other country :v: [img]http://i.cubeupload.com/qHSkcC.jpg[/img] One of my most powerful allies attacked the Social Democrats. Which kicked of a chain reaction of countries attacking and betraying. I felt truly lost that day. [img]http://i.cubeupload.com/0dGqoF.jpg[/img] And here is a picture of Europe and how it is under constant war. I have a small peck of land just beneath Denmark, that is where I landed with a pretty big army that got repetadly knocked back of the ol' drunk Irish! They actually managed to hold me under control which was impressive. I got attacked by the "First Spearhead division" of the Irish. [img]http://i.cubeupload.com/Gx4d0v.jpg[/img] Again, the game is Hearts of Iron 3, Semper Fi, with the mod: Random HoI. My god man, I took the pictures with Fraps and the pictures are horrible! What the fuck man :ohdear: Everything is so pixelated.

I wish I knew how to play Hearts of Iron 3. I tried playing it like 3 times and got confused every time

This had been deserted for years and there is no telling whats going on down there. Few games can accomplish this kind of atmosphere. It also helps that this isnt your standard predictable game dev.

Good for smaller files. I'd say 700x700 is the limit. Anything higher and the file size gets up there.

EVE looks like something which I could really get into once i was past the learning curve- its just the time and money that I don't have

dude i was so in to the trial doing mining jobs until HEY THIS ASTEROID FIELD HAS [b]NOTHING[/b] and the game would not let me get ore from any other asteroid fields at all so i was shit out of luck on one of the starter missions. what? dumb. lost me right then and there and no matter how hard i try to get in to it i just can't. maybe it's because i'm too busy trying to do remedial jobs instead of trying to network and meet other pilots

Start playing again, it really has improved. I played before the Incursion updates, so I kinda know this. Join a corp, not to early, and communicate with them. Do jobs for them, learn either to PVP or be a industrial prick, sitting in the corner of the local market. :v:

I tried to get into it again back in december with an account I once had, I would ninja salvage and went on a op with a pirate corp and I ended up losing my ship. It's a good game but I wish it wouldn't take so many months just to get on par with people.
