Testing out a collaboration of two mods: Random HoI and HPP. It adds: -laws from hpp (plus random hoi law) -static modifiers merged with hpp. -added//changed events modifiers from hpp -tecnology,units stats, and unit upgrading from hpp -Some events//decisions from hpp added -triggered_modifiers added from HPP ( -combat events from hpp -interface from hpp -traits from HPP -Military defines from HPP mod -Reworked tech tree for doctrines. Wow, I knew I'd regret making a female character in EVE, now I fucking know why, and I wanna resub too, but I'm just gonna end up wasting my money again, because I'm gonna stop playing after a few days again. Still wanna see my Omen in full size, that ship is supposed to be over 300 metres long. Even the god damn Rifter is huge when you think about it.

How insane is the micromanagement for HOI: III?

So I just reinstalled oblivion to get a clean start to mod the hell out of it again :v:. I forgot if you should run the vanilla game once before modding it though or not.

Dear god, New Vegas was orange. Wonder what kinda brainfart the developers had when they thought that was a good idea. "Let's see how the game looks if we make everything orange and brown" "DEAR GOD THAT'S SO POST-APOCALYPTIC, YO!" Jesus christ, just make the game black & white. That way they would get some credit for being "artistic".

Besides, color "filters" are very normal in films and gaming. To the degree that the WHOLE LoTR trilogy has a blue tint while the Harry Potter films has a slight hint of the same colors that the Danish books were published in (Ph. Stone: Blue, CoS: Green, PoA: dark Red and so on). Matrix was all green yada yada yada. It's a nice change from gray, brown and "durr" IMO.
