the name of the game is F.E.A.R 2,
which to my surprise is a lot better than the original. sure, the gunplay isn't as sweet and satisfying but it's a lot more varied. there are more enemies and they are generally more fun to fight. the horror is a lot scarier and best of all: you don't have to spend four chapters running up and down some skyscraper filled with office complexes.
I really liked F.E.A.R 2, I should reinstall it.

Can you recommend some good settings for that?
I always get superpowerful countries right next to shit ones and it really quickly devolves into three major powers, when I'd rather it be much more slow between who emerges as the dominant powers.

Yeah, green wouldn't really have fit New Vegas, it fit FO3 a lot more. That said, the colour correction in both was a little extreme, there's some amazing things you can do with colour correction that really add to atmosphere, but they didn't have the technology to achieve a visually appealing effect. Some of the mods that add an orange colour tint (that enb mod springs to mind) look lovely though.

One of the best graphics ive seen, and it doesnt require much hardware, my single 5770 handle it maxed, without ubersample.

Too Bad Bioware has no idea about any resolutions above 720p when it comes to their bik cinematics. Such an immersion breaker when bitrate artifacts rape the visuals.

Yeah, that kinda made me go 'wait a moment' when it swapped between in-game and then this movie-esque, film-grain flooded scene.

go into your Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data\handling.dat file in notepad, and change the Wbias number to -9 for all the cars
The game is Alpha Protocol.
I bought this game a while back when it went on sale, played the tutorial and first mission, thought it sucked, and deleted it.
Decided to play it again since I spent a bit of money on it, and honestly, I regret not playing it in the first place.
