What speed do you record at?
It has to be 30 for the method in the OP to work correctly as far as I know.

Just installed the ENB settings Marc linked to. I haven't tried it yet, but I'll be sure to take screenshots of the BSOD I'll get when my GPU melts down into a fine, grey batter.

It's tricky, you... caannn but not actually with AA. You'd force your resolution in the drivers to something higher, then force your GPU to downscale to the normal res, but it's surprisingly complicated. ENB is incredibly simple when everything is setup.
Played L4D2 with some friends, and we landed on a server where you have random props as hats. I cried so badly when the map finished loading :v: Huge ass EXIT-signs, plush toys and plastic flamingos everywhere:

Let it go to menu and hit enter twice.
it's rendering it at double resolution, but once it's in the game engine, it will scale to normal resolution. hit Shift + F12 when the game loads.

Might be because it's raining, my niko doesn't look that shiny.
I wonder if ENBSeries would magically fix the weird problem I have in GTA4 where if it rains there is random green flashes.

Yes, it has Co-Op and PvP, both with or without bots. (co-op without bots is dumb though)
