after playing for an hour or so my game's menus get corrupted and shit all over themselves.

Whats with people hatin' on cliffracers. I've seen only one and it didn't give a fuck about me. In other news, still havin' a hard time getting into it. Been traveling around mostly, finding nothing :v:

I'm making a new morrowind character. Would an archer-mage be good, or just redundant? Also, is enchanting a good skill to put effort into, or is it a waste?

There is also a mod which allows you to enchant arrows, which was the only thing lacking the enchant skill. Add t0o that a mod of a gem seller, and you'r pretty much in god mode.

Making a female character with that weird mod setup is incredibly unsettling. You've been in an enclosed space with 10-20 horny men going completely unwatched for weeks, even months. Also everyone is FUCKING NAKED FROM THEIR CHEST TO THEIR ASS ENDS.

Spoilers on how to get a Daedric Wakizashi. [sp]Travel to Mournhold and go to the Great Bazaar. Find the stage (a slightly raised platform with walls half surrounding it. It's circular and has a door, carpet, and Dark Elf/Dunmer women on it.) Outside near the door you will see another Dark Elf(?) and talk to him. He will ask you to replace an actor who has gone missing. (Play Morrowind in windowed mode as you can look up (on the interwebs) all the lines you're supposed to say in the play) Say all the lines correctly, when you get to a certain point you'll be charged by an audience member. Kill him and loot him. You get a Daedric Wakizashi. If you didn't make any mistakes you will recieve a Speechcraft bonus necklace and 2000 gold from the director[/sp]

By the time you're a high enough level to do Tribunal you should have Daedric weaponry already.

Okay so I was looking at the GOTY edition of Morrowind off of steam, it's only $15, but what i've heard is the game is not moddable if you buy it off of steam. This would be the first time playing it so I was wondering if it is worth the $15 for it when I can't mod it, or if someone can explain a way to mod it while it's on my steam account.

Also, a picture from my Morrowind. [img]http://img23.imageshack.us/img23/2742/morrowind20101225111130.png[/img] Fraps fucked the colors, because it can only that pictures in bmp form.

Why is this? Pros 1.) It's around 8 USD 2.) You can give the disc(s) to your friends and they can use them, 3.) It's easier to mod the game. I've heard of people having problems with modding the Steam version. Cons 1.) You need to have the disc in at all times, but you could probably find a No-CD Hack somewhere if this is a real problem, for me, it isn't. (I wish shit could be like Torchlight. The boxed version didn't even require the CD to be in.) 2.) It comes on three CDs, four if you only want to install the Construction Set. 1 CD for Morrowind, and 1 for each expansion (Tribunal and Bloodmoon). And one extra that has just the Construction Set for modding.
