Talking mudcrab merchant is best merchant.
Talking mudcrab merchant is best merchant.
Yeah, he's got the most money.
Talking mudcrab merchant is best merchant.
No shit sherlock
I don't mean he's the best merchant because of his gold. I mean he's the best due to the fact that he is a talking mudcrab. A talking mudcrab.
By the way guys this thread made me want to play Morrowind so much I made a thread. Drop by and tell me what I should do, for greater glory of Vvadenfell. http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1044183-Let-s-play....MORROWIND!
Tiber Septim just gave me a lucky old coin, and luck of the emperor. I feel truly special now.

Is that a remake of seyda neen in Oblivion? Is there a community trying to remake Vvardenfell or something?
morroblivion
So I just re-installed Morrowind, put in the ED pack followed instructions, only have 1 actual issue it seems so far, some of the new Tamriel Rebuilt heads are missing apparently (Comes up with an error when I scroll through the heads for TR_xxxx) but I can live with that I still have numerous heads. - Nevermind fixed this But just personal taste how would I go for making everyone not naked at the start, I'm assuming its better bodies thats doing it, but since I downloaded the pack theres no options for non-nude better bodies, should I just download it myself and reinstall it? Also I stared at the guard that told me not to cut the line at the start and holy shit that was awesome, you should all try it.

I just reinstalled and for some reason my 9600gt gets only around 20-30 fps in pretty much all areas, when I look at the floor or the sky it jumps to 100 fps... I tried older and newer drivers but they didn't help. Its odd because my ancient xp computer with pretty much no gpu or anything modern could max oblivion fine... what do? [editline]3rd January 2011[/editline]
Is that a remake of seyda neen in Oblivion? Is there a community trying to remake Vvardenfell or something?
Well since morrowind and oblivion both use the gamebryo engine its most likely that the morrowind version is capable of producing oblivion-esque graphics and so the modders just made the graphics better or something...
It's not a glitch, it's a feature. That dong signals the time and sends the NPC's off to where they're supposed to be at that time.
That makes sense. What doesn't is why the fuck do some of them disappear? It's fucking scary. What if I was resting at an Inn after a long day of tomb-raiding, I wake up to a loud *DONG* and find Creeper next to my bed. Fucking seriously.
There's no current thread so I'll bump an old one. I've been playing for about a week as an Argonian mage, I'm the archmage of the mages' guild but I haven't done anything else in any other guilds, but I've joined a few. I basically have done nothing but the Mage's Guild, and I took the package to the guy. I don't wana do the main quest, and I have Bloodmoon and Tribunal installed, what should I do next? I don't want to do the main quest because I'm scared it'll be like Oblivion. :v: Strangely enough, I've acquired a fortune worth of stuff (a few hundred thousand) without cheating (except using one cheat to get my destruction level up to skip the last one or two mage missions) just by doing the Mage's Guild quests, that's really weird.
All I remember from playing this back in the day was murdering people and stealing all their shit [editline]11th April 2011[/editline] Best game ever

Tiny picture of my little stash next to my argonian. Guess I'll go check out Fort Frostmoon or whatever it is. V:v:V
One time my friend stacked like every quest reward item in seyda neen :v:

I think Azura's Star filled with a golden saint soul is worth about 7 million drakes, though there's no merchant in the game with that much gold. As for the shit fortify intelligence potions let you do...
Do tell! :buddy:
Intelligence governs how well you make potions, so if you drink a fortify intelligence potion then the next potion you make will be slightly stronger. If you repeat this again and again with fortify intelligence potions you can make ridiculously, game breakingly powerful potions. You can complete the main quest in 15 minutes by making a restore health potion so powerful it counteracts the health drain of Kagrenac's tools without having to use wraitguard.
Yes, but if you don't do that, then the game is fine.
I'd never do anything like that, I cheated through Oblivion and I really want to feel accomplished with Morrowind. What should I do now, though? Completed Mage's Guild and nothing else. :v:
Install a shit ton of mods.
Yes, but if you don't do that, then the game is fine.
I'd count it as a plus really, it just gives you free reign to do whatever the fuck you want rather than artificially constraining the limits of your skills.

I don't wana install a bunch of mods until I've beaten everything for the first time.
Join house telvanni, they don't like the mages guild in the lore but I don't think that stops you from being both. I say this as they're the magey great house. [editline]11th April 2011[/editline] Also morrowind's main quest is fantastic if you read all the ingame books about the lore of what going on, and really read between the lines. then you realize that absolutely nobody in the main quest is really a good guy, shades of gray only.
I went to the Telvanni house earlier and they all had low disposition and were mean to me. :ohdear:
