Do it. Any suggestions on what to waste all my gold on? Still have no idea what to do with it all...
I had so much gold and items worth a lot as a level 7 I basically horded it all somewhere and gave myself 5k to use since having that much gold at a low level was gamebreaking. :v: I'd spend it on training or bitching armor.
Training, always invest in training.
Started game. joined fighters guild. Got killed by rat. What am I doing wrong?
Last time I tried to run the game, it had a problem with the mods I was using. It took me hours to install them all and get them working together, and then I'm told I had too many. At this point I decided 'Fuck it.' I want to try again after reading through this thread.

God damn I love this game so much, need to reinstall when I get home.
Why is it I lose the motivation to play upon entering Vivec. I have never followed through with anything after I reach Vivec for the first time in any playthrough.
I lose motivation to play all the time since I can't find any exciting quests but that's probably my own fault.
I'm gonna say it again, but even though it would be really hard, if all dungeons were randomly generated from a set of pieces, so its different each time, but not drastically different enough to be considered "truly random." Like depending on the length of the dungeon it was seperated into 2-20(ish) sections, and these were randomly generated. Random enemy placement and random set pieces and items from a plausible list etc. Even better, Unique Items that are just totally random with weird names. Like in a game like FATE or Torchlight. For example, in FATE i once got a staff named "Icebreaker's Cold Slow Staff of the Novice" or something. Would boost replay value beyond comprehension.
It's either shit your pants at anything tougher then you/you can't hit for shit, or the horrific leveling system they had for Oblivion.
Fallout 3/NV did leveling pretty well, until in higher levels you could practically steamroll anything that got in your way.
I'll just leave this here too :v: Made this a while back: http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/343817
Did you do anything other than download the midi and replace the insturments in FL studios?

Suppose I'll pour it all into training.

I really need to get Morrowind next time I have enough extra money, all I've played of the Elder Scrolls is Oblivion, and it was pretty meh.
So, I've got a problem with this game. Silt Strider travel apparently fucks up the menus and causes the game to freeze up when I open them. I really have no idea what the cause of this is, but if it has to do with my mods, I've got the Morrowind graphics and sound overhaul, that Julan Companion mod, Natural Magicka Regen, Dracandro's Voice, and The Prophecy of the Lost Heir. If anyone has any idea what could be causing my problem, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Holy shit, there's a morrowind thread. Why was I not informed? TES: III Morrowind=Deepest, most involved game in the world. Not to mention the modding community.

I bought it anyway and didn't really like it. Then Torchlight came along and it was by the original makers of Diablo 1 & 2, FATE, and Mythos and so far I've played it for a solid 30ish hours. I can't wait for Torchlight 2 as it will be like Diablo 2 as opposed to it's predecessor.
I'm tossing up doing a morrowind let's play, and I wonder what you guys think. Is 3 weeks too long and considered a necro? I was fixing page 15...

Oh hey this thread.
Why do we have a Morrowind thread exactly? We got Skyrim because its not out yet so its easier to have a second thread dedicated for it, but Morrowind?
Why do we have a Morrowind thread exactly? We got Skyrim because its not out yet so its easier to have a second thread dedicated for it, but Morrowind?
Morrowind deserves it's own thread. Hell, it deserves 2 threads.
Morrowind deserves it's own thread. Hell, it deserves 2 threads.
Deserving or not, we have an Elder Scolls Megathread. Skyrim has its own because its not released yet, so we can keep all the WOW SKYRIM BLAHBLAHBLAH ORGASMS there, and the Megathread for the rest there. Morrowind is a great game, but if we give Daggerfall (who is better in my opinion) arena and Oblivion an own thread, it would be a clusterfuck of threads.

Perhaps an elder scrolls modding thread, and then the megathread?
