I never got around to finishing any of my Mass Effect art :smith:
Normandy transforms into a gundam and thane carries a sniper sword
Which has jack to do with topic at hand, as things like haptic interfaces and medigel analogues are becoming more feasible in practical approach. As I've already stated, a point for game play convenience does not a defining demarcation make, and neither does anthropomorphization for consumer relatability's sake.
I've never seen someone so inarticulate use so many big words. Scientific feasibility isn't what ultimately decides scifi, Mass Effect is a lot of things but it's always been science fiction, even if those themes have been gradually less focused on. What Devodiere is saying is that the authenticity of the aliens in Mass Effect isn't their function within the story, they're devices used to dissect problems and ideas relevant to us in a somewhat detached environment. It's not "anthropomorphization for customer relatability's sake." The term "Science" isn't bound to the quantitative sciences, like physics, astrophysics and chemistry, science fiction can focus solely on sociological problems and still be scifi. The definition with which "hard science fiction" was coined is not a linear scale that decides what science fiction is.
So what class is erryone going to play first and what weapons you're planning to use? I'm thinking either Sentinel or Adept, and Sniper and SMG...
Adept with Snipers and... well, any combination of other weapons as the situation calls for it. Fucking loved sniper specialisation in ME2 as an adept. Made things soooo much easier.
As cool as it would be to have both a Rifle and Biotics, I'm guessing no-one else gets the slowdown effect from it. I don't mind anyway, powers are useful but all I really need is my Rifle to wreak havoc.

I fail to see how some armour prevents someone from being dragged into a singularity. [editline]23rd June 2011[/editline] Also: Akinator couldn't guess the Krogan scientist from Virmire.
Couldn't get the Mad Batarian prophet either. But yeah, they'll probably fix the armour and that kind of thing preventing Biotic attacks. Probably make them less effective or have them have different effects on different kinds of defences. Should be refined in general though, if they have any idea what they are doing.
Yeah, hopefully enough fans have given that specific feedback for them to know to change it. It'd be interesting to see a singularity literally pull the armour off of an enemy or something. That'd be pretty cool. He was just running around the battlefield shooting at me going: "WOAAAAAHHHH WOOAAAHHHH OHHHH WOAAAHHAHHH!"
I need a little help my friend is doing another play through of ME2 but when he tried to enter the Normandy his game crashed there a away to fix that?
I need a little help my friend is doing another play through of ME2 but when he tried to enter the Normandy his game crashed there a away to fix that?
Yeah, We'll need a little more then "Halp the game crashed" Post specs, Eventual DLC. PC/360 and maybe Mods
Sounds like he's got a case of the Collectors.
Speaking of which my ME2 disc started freaking out on my 360 to the point that Mercs keep looping the orgasm/death noises in fast and slow motion.
Speaking of which my ME2 disc started freaking out on my 360 to the point that Mercs keep looping the orgasm/death noises in fast and slow motion.
It's hard to imagine how damage to a disk could actually do that.

Was wondering who was yelling and screaming, then the guy runs to my cover, screaming "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" and I didn't know if I should laugh or be very afraid. I Pull-Push combo him. He flew away, still screaming. :ohdear:

I was thinking, "this bastard is really eager! He's charging me and has a warcry..." I think I ended up shooting him with the Arc Projector which turned his screaming into, "URGHHHH UHHH"... then he died.

The battle lasts several minutes, and when I finish, his body finally falls back to me. I fucking love being Adept.
Just finished strolling through the collector ship - got the sniper rifle training for vanguard, because i still keep relying on my teammates to lessen the enemies, so why not lessen their numbers myself. Also slam feels overpowered.
Slam is OP how? If anything, Bastion + Pull/Throw combo feels most OP. Spamming that shit like a pro. :c00l:
Slam is an instakill on husks in the same way as throw. It's pretty OP, But damn is it useful
Slam is OP how?
I wouldn't say it's OP - it just feels like it for me. I guess it's because of the amount of damage it deals and how often can i spam it - which i can attribute to the biotic upgrades. Still, fun to use.
Slam is an instakill on husks in the same way as throw. It's pretty OP, But damn is it useful
Shockwave and Singularity would like a word with you. That word is "Husks insta-die from Shockwave and Singularity. "
I wouldn't say it's OP - it just feels like it for me. Its even meaner when you combo it with an ally to Throw the target while they're in flight. Did I mention I love Throw? :v:
Slam is brilliant. At its highest level it only takes a second to recharge, and that means you can bully a single target if they're incapacitated
All in all, Biotics are the best.
I'M SORRY BIOTICS, I CAN'T HEAR YOU OVER THE SOUND OF HOW AWESOME THE WIDOW IS.
