Hence the note that he is still a poor candidate, he does at least say that if he was interested he would try Shepard first (regardless of gender).

When I said acceptable, I meant less that I want to see the relationship, and more that if the folks at Bioware are crazy enough to do it, I will not flip shit (like I would if oh say Garrus got the Bi treatment).
To be fair to Bioware, Legion, Grunt, and Mordin are the only characters I can see them not touching in terms of romance. The Dragon Age team might, but that is irrelevant I suppose. I can see them making Garrus and everyone else 'bi' though, the fans on the forums are crying hard enough about it.
A krogan romance would be funny as hell. Especially if it involves passing out from copious amounts of alcohol and finding Wrex in bed.

Now, is the geth plasma shotgun a worthwhile investment?
I don't like using it myself but it's the best shotgun for squaddies to have.
It does considerably more damage than the eviscerator I think, but isn't as accurate. Which doesn't really matter at anything other than long ranges.

Yes heck I use half the time as a primary weapon. Beats down barriers and shields way quickly.
See a Eclipses Engi, BAM gone with a single full charge. See the Asari with that barrier bam, several shots less then any weapon (besides rockets and shit). Plus it can seek and it's pretty damn accurate (if you charge well enough). Although I recommend getting extra shotgun ammo as quickly. IMO I have to admit since I only give Tali that shotgun, shes been making most kills then other squad mates other then using their own powers.
But be caution, it won't explode certain objects.
Another thing I like about it when ever you select it (squaddies too) several scenes you can see it making steam behind their bum and I find it funny.
I always hated the fact that they removed the toggle helmet feature in ME2. I love the Blood Dragon armour but facial expressions during conversations, very important for me
I want the option to bear hug a returning squadmate (complete with them helplessly flailing their legs and calling out to be put down) in ME3.

Impossible. There was only like a dozen of them left. That's not enough genetic diversity for the species to sustain, let alone 50,000 years on a space station with no food or water post-reaping.

You're forgetting that this is a videogame. If ships like sovereign can exist (which was an actual reaper) then I forsee plenty of possibilities for a prothean companion. Who sais they don't have an ability to go in some sort of stasis?
