Christopher Walken reciting Lady Gaga through a voice changer.
Actually wanted to tear up from that. :c
The only thing I found sadder than that was the subtext of Garrus' romance subplot. It starts off awkward and playful, but by the end you realise that [sp]Shepard and Garrus have both gone through so much hardship that deep down they're desperate for someone they can trust. It's the only romance that doesn't even imply a sexual encounter. It doesn't help when you play LotSB and read Garrus' dossier - his lifestyle has driven him away from his family and his mother has a degenerative disease; he donates money and collector tissue in hope that a cure can be found. "I just want something to go right. Just once. Just..."[/sp] ;_;
Ive been spending time working on this Commander Shepard rig and finished it but sadly i didnt save and it crashed so now ive been sent back an hour of work. Currently only the arms dont work with the rig, everything else works. Please dont kill me, i know its not very good.
what game are you rigging for, gmod?
No, im just rigging it for animation.
No, im just rigging it for animation.
possibly rape face animations? [editline]3rd July 2011[/editline] :q:
Damnit you just figured out my first screenshot i would release of it working. Back to the drawing board. Also 3DS MAX crashed again (Not a big surprise) due to my crappy computer, so il finish the model later. Also its face is posable to some degree as it was actually a source port of the model someone made. I cant find the thread but he had the other characters from the squad so i take no credit for this.
Kinda relevant.
Oh, and the "Mission Complete" music couldn't come at a better time in Thane's mission. Seriously, it was so fitting.
What the hell are you smoking. A sad emotional scene with Thane and Kolyat crying and then out of nowhere. totally ruined the scene/atmosphere.

That may be true, but its still a pretty damn nice "mission end" music :v:
I never found a real use for concussive shot. It never deals much damage and enemies do not stay stunned for long.
I never found a real use for concussive shot. It never deals much damage and enemies do not stay stunned for long.
It should really be used in tandem with another power to maximise effectiveness.
I never found a real use for concussive shot. It never deals much damage and enemies do not stay stunned for long.
the point of it is not to use it as a win button, you can blast groups of enemies with it to the ground. think of crowd control vs. husks
I never found a real use for concussive shot. It never deals much damage and enemies do not stay stunned for long.
On Thane's recruitment mission, I took Garrus and I think Grunt, who both have Concussive Shot. When we reached the elevator with the Krogan Warlord, I had both of them fire at once, and killed him and blew him somewhere off the map :smug:
That may be true, but its still a pretty damn nice "mission end" music :v:
It's good music, but I think the "Mission Complete" screens are one of the worst additions to Mass Effect 2. Every single one COMPLETELY destroys the immersion, and it makes Mass Effect 2 seem like a series of episodes rather than a cohesive experience. The first game had barely a handful of loading screens, and I'm fairly certain that from Ilos onward there wasn't a single loading screen to break up the flow. Explain to me why in the hell Mass Effect 2 couldn't have done the same.
Especially for [sp]the Overload ending where you choose to let David go[/sp].
After a particularly emotional scene in ME3 we'll probably hear a version of this blaring afterwards.
After a particularly emotional scene in ME3 we'll probably hear a version of this blaring afterwards.
Actually, I think Bioware said their goal for Mass Effect 3 is to have completely seamless loading throughout the entire game.
Wrong. This game is about how humans are the best ____ ever and how the galaxy would be totally pwned without them, and it always has been.
But why do humans need to be genetically diverse to be like that? Look at us now, we're the most badass species on the god damn planet and we're not really genetically diverse.

Take a look at this motherfucker:

Aligators' got nothing on Iguanas on the cool meter [editline]001[/editline] That thing is so cool its gonna evolve into a turian in several million years
I said badass. Not a couple of reptiles that can't even heat their own bodies.
That animal doesn't have opposable thumbs though.
opposable thumbs are overrated when it comes to badassery.
