Just find a sunbeam in a level and make your way towards it.
Here are the 10 levels with sunbeams:
Forest Falls, Normal 6
Forest Falls, Normal 8
Forest Falls, Normal 11
Forest Falls, Hard 1
Forest Falls, Hard 3
Forest Falls, Hard 4
Forest Falls, Hard 5
Forest Falls, Hard 6
Forest Falls, Hard 7
Forest Falls, Bonus 3

Just get all the point markers (always choose the highest ones) and don't die, it takes off 250 points for each time you rewind to a checkpoint.

You can use cheatengine to slow the game down if that helps.
