Is the DLC good though? Because I've been hearing mixed reactions about the ones other than Vietnam and Marshlands. Plus if I only got the base and those two, I would have an extra 2.75 to spend on whatever later on.

Yeah if you spend 3 tickets on a prize, you're still entered 3 times, once you earn a ticket, it's entered, a quote from the official FAQ:

Honestly Vienam, Marshlands are the best one. The other ones are mostly adds, some new robes, and new pvp/arena maps.
