Read the help file on how to search and edit memory locations.
I searched for '1' after one princess had been rescued, then repeated for when 2 had been saved, and when the 3rd princess had been saved there were two possible memory locations left, so I changed them both to 20, and then I got the achievement.
Bioshock 2's multiplayer any good?
Never played the multiplayer but the singleplayer is worth it.
