Here's my tip: Start with a small block when you want to make cities. It makes it easier to manage.

Due to the high volume of people in this project (30, not including you guys, or the newly invited ones who I didn't go over yet, so 60 total people including the new guys, and you) Land plots maybe scarce if at all viable. A second region may need to be created, if that becomes a factor, you guys will be in charge of it.
This also includes some people who have not yet been invited due to them not giving me emails. Facepunch will eventually become a country instead of a State :v:
