Hey guys, how come when I'm running the game, everything like the panels, ground, and buildings like spaz out. I have my simcity 4 patched.

Alright, if somebody would like to take all the names in the OP, and assign them to their respective cities for me, I'll make it posted in the OP. I'm thinking about making it so that nobody can enter anybody else's city. Since, things are getting conflicted, and deleted a lot.

Ian Earle, warning. I see multiple files being delete, and they're pointing towards you. If I see it again, you're getting kicked. Matti was also kicked for randomly deleting multiple cities.

I think it's because people are saving at the same time, and the game is getting confused. I didn't enter any cities, I just started working on a river.
