"Step 5) Go to the menu marked Drop As, then inside that menu, click Symbolic Link."
Nothing called "Drop As" Shows up in the menu.
I'm just seeing an empty region

Its working now, the link cant be made in another folder and moved. If the "drop as" sub-menu doesn't show up for you in the folder (my problem), go up a folder (to the "Sim City 4" folder) and right click the "Regions" folder, it will be there.

Regions get loaded when you first load it , and after the game has loaded it you don't get the changes from other people, only the ones you make yourself.
Alright, I can choose "Facepunch" as region in the game, but theres nothing built, just gigantic flatland of grass.
Some retard named mrbobcake, has now deleted my city and replaced it with his own probably :downs:
