Really late, but the voices in Ghost of Rattman is actually what seems to be Rattman's ramblings. I think you can here them somewhere in the game, probably Rattman's dens. I'll remember seeing a video with something similar to the sounds in the song, I'll see if I can go find it.

I'm pretty sure its the one with the aerial faith plates and the discouragement redirection cube, you know, the one where GLaDOS says shes going outisde to see a deer.
The chamber you have to do in 70 seconds, Glados says in the beginning that she saw a deer, at the end of the chamber, she says she saw humans but you account for all the humans she'll ever need.

No. I've seen many spoilers, so I know pretty much all the story. Also, music isn't speaking, so I still won't know what will happen when I'm listening to OSTs.

There's not really an spoilers from the soundtrack. I barely noticed the soundtrack while playing anyway.

It's "I Made It All Up" in the track listing. Sadly no Cara Mia in the background :( It was my favorite part, too..
